TEAM BUILDING – Sophia Antipolis, juin 2022

Cette année, notre séminaire d’été s’est déroulé à Sophia Antipolis le 25 et 26 juin 2022. Nous avons organisé un Team Building pour favoriser la cohésion entre tous et intégrer nos nouveaux collaborateurs au sein de l’aventure PROLOG.

Au programme, détente et bien-être au bord d’une grande piscine arborée de palmiers ; communication sur les objectifs de notre plan PRODIRE et découverte du modèle INSIGHTS DISCOVERY, outil de communication ludique et efficace pour mieux travailler ensemble ; BlindTest géant, photobooth, grillades et d’autres surprises attendaient nos collaborateurs…

Nous avons également fêté le départ à la retraite de notre chère Adrienne MURRAY, collaboratrice et amie fidèle de la famille PACHY.

Nous sommes heureux d’avoir passé ce week-end tous ensemble. Merci à tous nos collaborateurs pour cette belle énergie de partage et cet esprit d’équipe. Et encore bienvenue à tous nos nouveaux collaborateurs !

This year our mid-year seminar took place at Sophia Antipolis on the 25th and 26th of June 2022. We organized a team-building weekend to foster cohesion within the company and introduce our newest recruits at PROLOG.

The program of the weekend included: relaxing at the big pool surrounded by palm trees; a conference on the goals of our plan PRODIRE; a presentation of the INSIGHTS DISCOVERY system: a fun and efficient work tool to harmonize teamwork; a giant BlindTest; a photo shoot with a PhotoBooth; a barbecue and many more activities to surprise our coworkers.

We also celebrated Adrienne MURRAY’s retirement, a close friend and coworker of the PACHY family.

We are elated to have spent this weekend together. Thank you to everyone and each collaborator for this tremendous energy and enthusiasm. And again, welcome to our new employees!
