Tania MARTINEZ has been named head of PROLOG’s Perishables department with effect from 1st January 2020.
Tania was PROLOG’s very first employee, joining us in the first few days of the adventure.
She has overseen the project’s advancement and adapted to the developments, even moving to the Cavaillon area in 2015.
Tania, who will be 27 in 2020, is a graduate of the ITIP Marseille – Méditerranée school
